The Finish Line

High School Senior sessions have quickly become one of my favorite. Discussing their dreams for the future, watching them transition into adulthood, and just truly enjoying life. Their eyes are full of wonder ready to take on all that the world has to offer. All that you have worked towards is about to pay of with graduation now in sight. But the end isn't really the end, something about it is inspiring to keep going, to keep pursuing those dreams. Here's my latest session and from one athlete to another, this was a really fun one.

Some understand the sacrifice, while others do not. We get asked why would we do this? Isn't it hard on your family? The answer is yes, it is hard, but is anything worth doing ever easy? Yes, at times it puts a strain on the family but the pride and strength he shows our daughters everyday I would never change. The uniform he wears and the traditions he upholds are years and years of sacrifice given by so many before him. Growing, growing

How fast it really does go! Almost 2 years later and Im finally able to get a picture off my camera, edited, and loaded from the day she was born. My sweet Langley Rose came into this world with a bit of a scare for all of us. As scared as I was then, knowing how she is now with her determination and strength it's not too surprising she turned around in just 24 hrs. You would never know it now, our spunky little firecracker who loves to keep up with big sis and go anywhere her heart desires! Also my hardest individual to photograph to date, but she's a good challenge! I love you sweet Rose.
